Diwali 2022: Where to buy firecrackers in Bhubaneswar?

The Odisha government has allowed the sale of firecrackers this year for Diwali 2022.

For this, the government has given permission for temporary use of the government land in respect of seven different patches.

However, traders need to get clearance from concerned departments like DCP Bhubaneswar, Fire, TPCODL, R &B.

According to the government order, the ground rent will be collected by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation at Rs 160/ 100 sqft per day.

Ground rents so collected from the applicants shall be deposited by the BMC immediately in the proper head of the account.
