BHUBANESWAR: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) was successfully conducted on Sunday. Around 46, 200 students appeared the OJEE 2016 held at 81 centres in 20 places across the state.
The examination was conducted in three sittings for admissions into MBA, MCA, M Tech, M Pharma, B Pharma, Lateral Entry Engineering, BAMS and BHMS.
Admissions to these courses in both government and privately-run colleges will be made on the basis of rank obtained in OJEE-2016.
The OJEE authority would announce the cutoff mark with rank after evaluation of the answer papers.
The Odisha government has reintroduced negative marking in Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) from this year.
As per the new marking system, one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer in the exam. Admissions to these courses in both government and privately-run colleges will be made on the basis of rank obtained in OJEE-2016.
