College girl ends life over love failure in Bolangir

Bolangir: A Plus Three first-year girl student committed suicide over love matters at Bolangir late on Sunday night, said police on Monday.

The student is identified as Lucky Kuber. She committed suicide by hanging with her dupatta in a room at the college square under the Bolangir Sadar police limits.

The police have seized the body and started an investigation.

Even though the exact reason has not been established, it is suspected that the girl ended life as her boyfriend denied to marry her.
