Bhubaneswar: Senior IPS officer Dhirendra Sambhaji Kutey has been posted as special secretary to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
DS Kutey has been posted as special secretary to CM, said a statement from the CMO.
Currently, DS Kutey is serving as OSD to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
