New responsibilities for Pranab, Sanjay in BJD

Bhubaneswar: The ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Friday appointed Jajpur MLA Pranab Prakash Das as general secretary (Organisation) and Sanjay Das Burma as gen secretary (Head Quarter).

The party appointed Aul MLA Pratap Keshari Deb as the State Returning Officer of BJD. They will handle their new responsibilities with immediate effect.

The posts of general secretary (Organisation) and general secretary (Head Quarter) were formed for the first time to deal with the organizational affairs, said sources.
