New Year 2020: Thousands throng shrines

Bhubaneswar: Thousands thronged major shrines across Odisha on the occasion of New Year 2020 on Wednesday.

Major shrines like Jagannath Temple in Puri, Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar, Shiva Temple at Kapilash, Baladevjew Temple in Kendrapara, Samaleswari temple in Sambalpur, Budhi Thakurani temple in Berhampur witnessed huge rush of devotees on the first morning of 2020.

The devotees sought the blessings of the deities for New Year 2020.
