JSW Steel bags third mines in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: JSW Steel has bagged the third iron ore block in Odisha on Wednesday.

The company won Gonua iron ore mines in the auction in Odisha.

With this JSW Steel has got three iron ore mines in the state.

Earlier, the steel company of Sajjan Jindal has been awarded the Nuagoan and Narayanpasi mines in the State.

The Gonua iron ore mines was in the lease hold of PK Ahluwalia.

Meanwhile, the State government has awarded Thkurani mines in favour of ArcelorMittal.

Sirajuddin and Co has retained its Balda iron ore mines in the auction.
