Odisha CM helps BSF Constable whose house burnt in Delhi riots


Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday sanctioned Rs 10 lakh for BSF Constable Mohammad Anees, whose house was burnt in recent communal violence in northeast Delhi.

The CM sanctioned Rs 10 lakh from Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to the constable, who has been posted in LWE-affected Malkangiri district in the state.

Patnaik also spoke to the BSF Constable and consoled about the unfortunate incident.

The BSF jawan is working in the 9th Battalion deployed in the Maoists affected Malkangiri district.
