Central IB officials asked to remain under home quarantine

Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has asked all the employees of the Central Intelligence Bureau (IB) office to remain under home quarantine after a staffer came in contact with a COVID-19 positive patient.

The employees have been kept under quarantine for 14 days from April 6 to April 19.

“One of the staff of the Intelligence Bureau had come in contact with a COVID-19 patient. We have asked the employees to remain under home quarantine,” informed BMC Commissioner Prem Chandra Chaudhury on Tuesday.
