Bhubaneswar: An FIR has been lodged after a TikTok video was allegedly shot inside a quarantine centre in Odisha’s Bhadrak district.
Defying all social distancing norms, a group of inmates filmed TikTok videos inside a quarantine centre in Bhadrak district.
“Tihidi PS case No 172 Dt 4,5.20 u/s 188/269/270IPC/ sec 51 DM Act has been registered against 6 persons for violating social distancing norms in quranitine centre at Bhatapara and uploading the video on Tik Tok,” tweeted the Bhadrak police.
According to reports, several persons of Bhatapada panchayat were quarantined at a school in the locality as they had come in contact with two persons who tested positive for COVID-19 on April 23.
However, flouting social distancing norms, a video was shot inside the quarantine centre and later uploaded on TikTok by a user. At least six persons were seen filming themselves dancing inside the quarantine centre being close to each other.
