Plasma therapy for COVID19 treatment in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has decided to start plasma therapy for the treatment of COVID-19 patients.

A decision in this regard was taken at a meeting chaired by Health Minister Nabakishore Das on Thursday.

He directed the authorities to constitute a technical committee to outline plasma therapy treatment plan.

Plasma therapy will start at the SCB Medical College & Hospital and Ashwini Hospital in Cuttack and SUM Hospital and KIIMS Hospital in Bhubaneswar.
