Odisha’s COVID positive cases cross 14,000 mark

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 positive cases crossed 14,000 mark in Odisha with 543 fresh cases, informed the health department on Tuesday.

The death toll increased to 74 with four more deaths due to COVID-19.

Out of the fresh cases, 354 cases have been detected from the quarantine centres while 189 are local contacts.

The number of COVID-19 cases in Odisha mounted to 14280.

With this, the number of active cases rose to 4929 while 9255 persons have recovered from the disease so far.
