Retirement age of doctors enhanced to 65 in Odisha

Bhubaneswar Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday announced to enhance retirement age of medical officers of OHMS cadre and allopathic insurance medical officers under Labour & ESI Department from 62 years to 65 years.

Holding a review meeting on Covid-19 situation, the Chief Minister enhanced the retirement age of Odisha Medical and Health Services cadre doctors to 65 years from 62.
