Get driving license services online in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Amid the outbreak of Covid-19, the Odisha government has made several driving license services available online to reduce gathering at RTO offices.

As many as 10 services will be available in online mode on Sarathi Web Portal www.parivahan.gov.in.

People can apply for name, address change, issue of duplicate DL, change of biometric, replacement of DL, issue of extract of DL, surrender of Class of Vehicle (CoV), issue of No Objection Certificate (NOC), and surrender of NOC through the portal.

However, online computerised test for learner’s driving licence and DL skill test will not be conducted.
