Dhenkanal corona update: Positive cases rise to 679

Bhubaneswar: Dhenkanal district has reported 14 positive cases in the last 24 hours, taking the total positive tally to 679, informed an official on Tuesday.

Block/ULB wise new positive cases:

Odapada Block-2

Indipur vill-1

Gundichapada vill-1

Hindol Block ( Khaliborei vill)- 1

Kamakhyanagar Block ( Jamunakote)- 1

Dhenkanal Municipality (Dakhinakali)- 1  

The active cases in the district stood at 292 while the total recovered cases are 386. One person has died due to Coronavirus in the district.

With the rising Covid-19 cases, Dhenkanal district collector ordered shutdown in Bhuban NAC from August 11 to 13 to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
