Odisha records 3371 Covid cases, 13 deaths

Bhubaneswar: Odisha has reported as many as 3371 Covid positive cases in last 24 hours, highest single-day spike so far, taking the total tally to 87,602, informed the health department on Wednesday.

The death toll due to Coronavirus has increased to 441 as thirteen more people from the state succumbed to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.

Of the fresh cases, 2053 cases were reported from quarantine centres,while 1318 were local contacts.

Khurda district recorded highest spike of 547 positives.
