Dhenkanal reports 74 new Covid cases

Dhenkanal: As many as 74 new Covid-19 positive cases were reported in Dhenkanal district in last 24 hours, taking the total positive cases to 2539 in the district, said an official on Sunday.

While 50 positive cases were reported from home quarantine, 17 were local contacts and seven cases from hospitals (Cuttack & Bhubaneswar).

With this, the active cases rose to 522 while 2015 persons have recovered so far. Dhenkanal district has reported two deaths due to Covid-19.
