4241 more test positive for Covid-19 in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: As many as 4241 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Odisha in last 24 hours raising the number of total infected in state to 1,67,161, said the health department on Thursday.

With this, the number of active cases in the state rose to 36580.  A total of 1,29,859 patients have recovered in the state so far.

Of the total fresh cases, 2502 have been reported from different quarantine centres while remaining 1739 are local contacts.

Khordha district recorded highest 647 fresh cases followed by Cuttack (389) and Puri (291).
