Ganja worth Rs 1.30 cr seized in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha police seized 13 quintals of ganja worth Rs 1.30 crore in Koraput district on Friday.

The Koraput police seized ganja from Ektaguda village under Lamtaput police limits.

After getting reliable information, the police conducted a raid at house of Ghadu Kirsani in the village and seized the contraband.

Before the police reached the spot, Gadhu managed to flee from the spot, said police.

The contraband was being transported to Punjab, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Delhi, said police.
