Odisha shivers as mercury continues to plummet

Bhubaneswar: Odisha continued to shiver as mercury dipped below 11 degree Celsius in 11 cities in the state.

Phulbani recorded the season’s lowest temperature till date with the mercury plummeting as low as 5.5 degrees Celsius.

Jharsuguda recorded lowest 6.4 degree Celsius, followed by Baripada (7.5), Anugul (4.6), Koraput (4.8), Daringbadi (4.0), Bhawanipatna (4.2), Balangir (4.8), Keonjhar (7.5), Boudh (10.5), and Talcher (10.8).

Cuttack recorded 11 degrees Celsius and Bhubaneswar had a low of 13.8 degrees Celsius.
