Covid-19: Containment zone in Odisha village

Cuttack: Due to spread of Covid-19, the Cuttack district administration on Saturday declared Nuasahi village under Patasundarpur panchayat of the district as containment zone for 10 days.

The decision was taken after a villager succumbed to Coronavirus and 14 others tested positive for Covid-19.

As per the order, “All the connecting roads to Khandasailo village of Badapatasundarpur GP and all vehicular and personal movement in and out of the said area is to be stopped forthwith till further orders.”

The inhabitants of the area have been strictly asked to remain indoors. Also, commercial establishments have been asked to close their shutters.
