R Vineel Krishna appointed special secretary to CM

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Friday appointed R. Vineel Krishna as special secretary to the Chief Minister.

He is also allowed to remain in additional charge as special secretary to Sports and Youth Services Department.

Puri district collector Balwant Singh is appointed as new MD of Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC). He will also hold the position as MD of OMECL.

Kendrapara district collector Samarth Verma replaced Balwant Singh as new collector, Puri.

Md. Sidque Alam is allowed to remain in additional charge as director of Industries.

Parul Patawari is posted as deputy secretary to Works Department while Pramod Kumar Behera is appointed as additional secretary to Revenue and Disaster Management Department.

Amrit Ruturaj is appointed as Kendrapara collector while Vishal Singh is posted as PDDRDA, Jajpur and Saroj Kumar Mishra as Rayagada district collector.
