COVID -19 vaccination programme in Odisha soon

Bhubaneswar: The COVID -19 vaccination programme will be launched in Odisha very soon, said a statement on Monday.

In the state, 160 session sites have been identified for the launching of COVID vaccine.

Out of which, at two sites Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar and District Head Quarter Hospital, Sundergarh have been identified for the 2-ways Video Conferencing, it said.

The details of date of arrival of COVID-19 vaccine and the quantity of vaccines to be allotted to Odisha is yet to be intimated by Govt. of India, Ministry of Health & FW.

Districts have been instructed to be in readiness with all preparations for launching of COVID 19 vaccination programme, the statement said.
