CM inaugurates LED street lights on Cuttack-Puri Bypass Road

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday inaugurated LED street lights on Cuttack-Puri Bypass Road.

Such lighting arrangement from Palasuni Chhak to Lingipur Chhak covering 12 KMs of road shall reduce expenditure on electricity consumption, he said.

The Chief Minister further said that LED street lighting shall ensure safety of vehicle drivers and pedestrians and reduce criminal incidents.

Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has installed 774 LED lights in 387 poles, 3 high-mast lights in Lingipur, Keshura & Pandra.
