By-poll to Pipili Assembly seat on April 17

Bhubaneswar: The by-election to the Pipili Assembly constituency will be held on April 17, announced the Election Commission of India (ECI) on Tuesday.

Counting and declaration of results will be held on May 2.

As per a notification released by the ECI, the gazette notification for the by-poll to Pipili seat will be released on March 23.

The last date for filling of nominations will be on March 30.

The nomination papers will be scrutinised on March 31 while candidates can withdraw their candidatures by April 3.
