President Ram Nath Kovind arrives in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: President Ram Nath Kovind arrived at Biju Patnaik International Airport here on Saturday.

He was received by Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and two Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan and Pratap Sarangi.

The President is on a three-day visit to Odisha.

Kovind will spend the night at Rajbhawan, said sources.

On March 21, the President will grace the 18th annual convocation of NIT Rourkela.  On the same day, he will also inaugurate a Super Specialty Hospital in Rourkela.

On March 22, the President will visit Shree Jagannath Temple in Puri to have darshan of the deities.

He will also visit the India Oil Foundation Trust Interpretation Centre at Konark, before returning to New Delhi on the same day.
