Bhubaneswar: Odisha Police has issued a notification inviting online applications for recruitment to Constable Communication posts.
Odisha Police has announced the recruitment of 244 posts of Constable (Communication) in Signals Service.
Eligible candidates can apply through its official website odishapolice.gov.in.
The application portal will be opened from June 22 till July 15.
The qualification for Constable Communication is Plus II with Diploma degree in Computer Application.
Eligibility for Constable Communication posts:
Age limit: Must not be less than 18 years and above 23 years as on 1.1.2021. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: (a) Must have passed Plus II or equivalent Examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha or by any other recognized Board or Council.
(b) Must have passed Diploma in Computer Application or equivalent Course from a recognized institution duly affiliated by the Government.
(c) Must have passed Odia as one of the subjects In the High School Certificate Examination or an examination in Odia Language equivalent to M.E. standard recognized or conducted by the School and Mass Education Department of Government of Odisha.
Exam pattern: The recruitment process consists of written test that carries multiple choice questions, physical measurement test and physical efficiency test.
