The upsurge of the ongoing pandemic resulted in restricted movements due to lockdown and also made it difficult for TPCODL employees to carry out the physical meter readings. The ‘TPCODL MITRA’ App will be especially helpful for customers since it will eliminate the misses that can happen in manual meter reading during difficult situations.
