Bhubaneswar: Odisha has crossed the milestone of vaccinating 2 crore doses of COVID-19 vaccines.
“Odisha has achieved a milestone in the vaccination drive with two crore doses administered successfully. We are grateful to entire Health team and to each and every people of the state for their proactive participation, making the drive successful,” informed the Health and Family Welfare Department on Wednesday.
With this, 40 per cent of the total population in the state have taken the first vaccine dose.
As per data available on CoWIN portal, the state has cumulatively administered 2,00,21,814 vaccine doses so far.
Dose 1: 1,53,87,572
Dose 2: 46,34,242
The state had achieved the first one crore vaccination mark on June 21.
