Ganja seized in Koraput, six including 1 home guard detained

Koraput: The Koraput police seized a huge cache of ganja from Ambaguda and Koraput-Jeypore ghat and detained six persons including one home guard in this connection.

Based on reliable information, the Sadar Police team led by Jeypore SDPO conducted a raid at Ambaguda and Koraput-Jeypore ghat and seized the huge cache of contraband from the spot.

The cops have also detained six people including one home guard, said sources.

The police have started an investigation to find out other persons involved in the ganja smuggling.
