TPCODL inaugurates its new Corporate Office in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: Tata Power Central Odisha Distribution Ltd (TPCODL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, inaugurated its new corporate office at Power House Square in Bhubaneswar today.

The Customer Care Center was inaugurated by U.N. Behera, Chairperson, Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC) in the presence of Dr. Praveer Sinha, CEO& MD, Tata Power, and M Shenbagam, CEO, TPCODL along with other employees.

The new office is a two storey complex and located just alongside its Customer Care Centre in that area which is fully equipped with modern equipments for customer convenience like Queue Management System for managing the customer footfall efficiently at the Centre, E –Kiosk for all type of information like New Connection/duplicate bill / Customer billing history etc.

TPCODL has been revamping all its infrastructure which was not renovated for a long time.

Commenting on this occasion Dr. Praveer Sinha, CEO & MD, Tata Power said, “We are extremely happy to inaugurate TPCODL’s new corporate office at Powerhouse. Speaking on the occasion, M. Shenbagam, Chief Executive Officer, TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited said, “We are glad to inaugurate our new corporate office at Powerhouse, one of the prominent locations in Bhubaneswar. We have been renovating our office infrastructure to ensure that all our employees are provided a great place to work and also serve our customers efficiently.”
