Saira Banu decides to close Twitter account of Dilip Kumar!

Mumbai: The official Twitter account of legendary actor Dilip Kumar will be closed soon. This information has been given by Faisal Farooqui, family friend of the late actor.

Faisal Farooqui told that the decision has been taken after a long discussion with Dilip Sahab’s wife Saira Banu and her consent. On July 7, at the age of 98, legendary actor died due to prolonged illness.

“After much discussion and deliberation and with the consent of Saira Banu ji, I hv decided to close this twitter account of beloved Dilip Kumar Saab. Thank you for your continuous love and support,” informed Faisal Farooqui.

Faizal Farooqui and Saira Banu used to handle Dilip Kumar’s Twitter account and used to share every update related to him. Dilip Kumar created his Twitter account in November 2011 and has more than 6 lakh followers on this account.

The actor was born on 11 December 1922 in Peshawar. After the partition of the country in the year 1947, he left Pakistan and came to India with his family.
