Odisha govt to recruit 11,403 high school teachers


Bhubaneswar: Odisha government has initiated process to recruit teachers in the transformed high schools under 5T initiative.

Following the direction of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, the process of filling 11,403 teaching posts has started.


The process will be completed by April 2022.


Notably, as many as 6,131 teachers were recruited recently.

In addition, as many as 3,462 teaching posts have been approved in view of the growing number of students.


After the direction of the Chief Minister, the recruitment process has started to fill the vacancies of 11,403 teachers, including vacancies and newly sanctioned posts.

The recruitment process is expected to be completed by April 2022 and new teachers will be appointed in schools.
