Cuttack: Executive Engineer under Vigilance scanner

Cuttack: On the allegation of accumulation of disproportionate assets to the known sources of income by Manoj Kumar Behera, Executive Engineer Drainage Division, Gandarpur, Cuttack, simultaneous house searches are being conducted by Odisha Vigilance today.

The searchers are being carried at four places in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar on the strength of a search warrant issued by special Judge, Vigilance Cuttack.

According to Vigilance sources, the raids are being carried out at residential double storied building of Behera located at Mahanadi Vihar, under Chauliaganj PS in Cuttack, the paternal house at Lendura Bhagabanpur village in Nemala, office room of Behera, Executive and flat in the name of Debasmita Behera located over plot no -668, Utkal Heights, Pahala, Bhubaneswar.

Four DSsP, 08 Inspectors & other staff are engaged in the search.
