Nuakhai: Odisha farmers to get Rs 2,000 Kalia assistance

Naveen Patnaik-led Odisha government will release assistance to farmers on Nuakhai under the Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation (KALIA) Yojana.

According to reports, as many as 41 lakh farmers will get the assistance udder KALIA scheme in Odisha will receive the next installment of financial assistance on the occasion of Nuakhai. Each farmer will get Rs 2,000. The amount will be credited to the farmers’ bank accounts directly through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) mode.
