Prof Bidhu Bhusan Mishra new VC of Sambalpur University

Bhubaneswar: Prof.  Bidhu Bhusan Mishra has been appointed as the new vice chancellor (VC) of Sambalpur University for a period of four years.

 Governor and Chancellor of Universities,  Odisha ,Prof. Ganeshi Lal appointed Prof.  Bidhu Bhusan Mishra as Vice Chancellor of Sambalpur University for a period of four years with effect from the date he assumes office as such or until further orders whichever is earlier, said a press note.

Prof Mishra has retired as Professor,  Department of Business  Administration,  Utkal  University.  

He has authored nine books and has  contributed 122 articles to reputed journals.

He has more than 34 years of teaching experience. He has successfully guided one DLitt , 39 PhD and three Mphil scholars.
