Bhubaneswar shocker! Two minor girls kidnapped, gang raped

Bhubaneswar: In a shocking incident, two minor girls were allegedly gang raped by two miscreants at Patia railway station last night (January 16).

According the information, the victims, one of them is 12-year-old and other girl is 14 years. They live with their family at the Patia area. In the last evening, the duo went to Patia Railway Station when two boys kidnapped them and took them to the railway over-bridge.  They tied them up with a rope and raped them for whole night.

Today morning, they were released and when reached home and they narrated their ordeal to their family members. When the family members asked the miscreants, they tried to give them money not to spread this news in public.

In the evening today, when Childline received the information, it reported to the ACP and Infocity Police. Police and Childline team went to the crime spot with the victim girls.

 Since the crime spot comes under GRP Police, they all came to GRP Police Bhubaneswar. An FIR has been lodged by the mother of one of these children with the help of Childline.
