Former CS BK Patnaik joins Congress

New Delhi: Former Odisha Chief Secretary Bijay Kumar Patnaik joined Congress today at New Delhi.

He joined the national party in presence of AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge and Odisha in-charge A Chellakumar.

Bijay Kumar Patnaik is a 1976-batch IAS officer who retired in 2013 after serving as Chief Secretary.

He served as Forest Secretary, Water Resources Secretary & later as Principal Secretary to CM.
