Concentrix Customer Experience Center inaugurated in Bhubaneswar


Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated a state-of-the-art customer experience center of global customer experience solutions and technology company Concentrix in Bhubaneswar today.

With the addition of Bhubaneswar, Concentrix has further expanded its presence in India, operating out of 14 cities in the country.

Spread over 42000 square feet area, with a seating capacity of 1300+, the new site will support clients across industry verticals. Located in the heart of the city, the new customer experience center is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology to optimize operational efficiency.

The decision to launch a new delivery center in Bhubaneswar was based on the city’s strategic location, skilled workforce, and business-friendly environment. The modern infrastructure and excellent connectivity make Bhubaneswar an ideal location for Concentrix to expand its operations.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said, “The opening of the Concentrix customer experience center in Bhubaneswar is a testament to our commitment to promote economic growth and create job opportunities for the people of Odisha. We are committed to providing the necessary infrastructure and support to businesses to help them grow and flourish. We thank Concentrix for reposing faith in New Odisha and opening their center. The new center represents a significant milestone for Concentrix and is expected to create many job opportunities for local talent in Bhubaneswar and the surrounding areas.
