After Higher Education Minister, Secretary Bishnupada Sethi removed

Bhubaneswar: After Odisha Higher Education minister Rohit Pujari’s ouster for poor performance, Higher Education department Secretary, Bishnupada Sethi has been transferred and appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD), General Administration department.

Arvind Agrawal has been appointed as new commissioner-cum-secretary of Higher Education department.

Finance secretary Vishal Kumar Dev has been given additional charge of chairman, Odisha Hydro Power Corporation. Sethi was heading the corporation.
