Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra: 4 districts, 4 days in  Odisha

Bhubaneswar: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is set to embark on the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, covering four districts in Odisha. The journey will span a total of 341 kilometers over a period of four days.

Commencing on January 14 from Manipur, this second edition of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra pays homage to the northeastern state, which continues to grapple with the aftermath of months of ethnic violence.

The extended Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra is a 66-day expedition covering an impressive distance of 6,700 kilometers. This extensive march, traversing 15 states and spanning over 100 Lok Sabha constituencies, will conclude at Porbandar in Gujarat, the birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi.

Heralded as a continuation of the successful Bharat Jodo Kanyakumari-Srinagar Yatra that traveled from the southern tip to the northern regions of India, the Congress party anticipates generating significant goodwill during this journey.

The previous Yatra covered diverse terrains and regions, fostering a sense of unity and connection across the country.

The Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra will kick off from Imphal, winding its way through Manipur, Nagaland, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, and West Bengal before making its way into central India.

This ambitious journey aims to engage with communities and highlight issues pertinent to various regions, emphasizing the party’s commitment to justice and unity.
