Odisha school reopening: Collectors to take call based on weather


Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has asked the district collectors to take call on re-opening of schools considering the weather situation.

The order will remain in force till June 20.

According to this order, the collectors will declare holidays or change the timetable of government, private and aided schools from class 1 to 12 depending on the weather conditions in their respective districts.

Notably, several places in Odisha are experiencing high temperature.

 However, the met department has predicted advancement of monsoon in most parts of the state in coming days.
