Odisha CHSE Plus II Exam 2025: Key details and updates

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) has announced that the annual Plus 2 board examination for 2025 is expected to commence on February 15, 2025.

The early announcement is designed to assist students, schools, and colleges in completing the syllabus in a timely manner. Practical exams are tentatively scheduled between December 26, 2024, and January 15, 2025.

While the announced dates are tentative, the Odisha CHSE has clarified that any revisions or changes will be communicated to students through their respective schools and colleges and will also be made available on the board’s official website.

This advance notification is intended to reduce student stress and help them plan their studies effectively. Any changes in the exam schedule will be communicated through schools, colleges, and the CHSE website.

The CHSE has also introduced a new question pattern and marking scheme for the 2025 Plus II examination. This change aims to standardize the question pattern and marks distribution across all streams—Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational. The new pattern will apply to regular students registered in 2023 and taking their exams in 2025.

These updates are crucial for students preparing for the Plus II exams, ensuring they have ample time to adjust their study strategies in line with the new guidelines.
