Cyclone Dana update: Train services resume


Bhubaneswar: Except for the cancelled trains, train services resumed on some routes in Odisha after cyclone Dana made landfall in the wee hours of today. 

The ECoR stated train services scheduled to originate from Bhubaneswar and Puri have resumed except earlier notified cancelled trains.

Notably, a total of 203 trains passing through Odisha has been cancelled due to Cyclone Dana.

TRAIN SERVICES RELATED IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

12704 Secunderabad-Howrah Falaknuma Express left Cuttack Station at about 1440hrs.

17016 Secunderabad-Bhubaneswar Visakha Express arrived at Bhubaneswar on time.

Movement of a few passengers has started in Bhubaneswar.

12840 Chennai-Howrah Coromandal Express left Bhubaneswar at about 1540hrs.

The first train from Bhadrak is Bhadrak-Paradeep, it will depart at 15.30 hrs from Bhadrak.

11020 Bhubaneswar-Mumbai CSMT Konark Express left Bhubaneswar on Time.

22824 New Delhi-Bhubaneswar Rajdhani express, the first train after the cyclone departed from Bhadrak towards Bhubaneswar at 1525 hrs.

Kendujhargarh-Paradeep MEMU will run from Kendujhargarh at 1630hr today.

Tatanagar-Brahmapur Vande Bharat via Kendujhargarh is running today as per schedule time.

The first train after cyclone, passed through Talcher Road is 20808 Amritsar-Visakhapatnam Hirakud Express.

The first train from Puri after the cyclone is Puri-Bangiriposi which will leave Puri at 1630 hrs.
