According to the bulletin, parts of the districts of Nabarangpur, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Balangir, Baragarh, Sonepur, Sambalpur, Angul, and Boudh are likely to experience light to moderate thunderstorms accompanied by gusty winds, lightning, and rain within the next three hours.

The IMD has warned that wind speeds may reach up to 30–40 kmph during this period. Alongside gusty winds, the region is expected to witness lightning activity and light to moderate rainfall, which could lead to temporary disruptions and pose a threat to outdoor safety.

Residents of the affected districts are advised to remain alert and monitor local weather updates.
