Mukhyamantri Research Fellowship2026-27: Know Details

The Higher Education Department of Odisha Government has invited applications from the Ph.D. registered students of the State Public Universities under Higher Education Department & other Departments of Government of Odisha through ‘Student Academic Management System (SAMS)’ portal.

To enrol into the MRF programme, the candidate must be a permanent resident of Odisha. The candidate must have registered in between 01.04.2024 lo 19.07.2026 under an approved research guide. Research scholars, selected in MRIP-2025 to receive fellowship and not registered in SAMS are not eligible to apply again.

Last date of applying online CAF through www.samsodisha.gov.in : 30-JuLy-2026 (Thursday) (1 1.45 PM)
Editing of the CAF (lf required), by the eligible applicants for the CAF submitted earlier (New CAF submission is not allowed on this day): 31-July-2026 (Friday) (1 1.00 AM to 1 1.45 PM)

Submission of applicant’s data to Odisha State Higher Education Council (OSHEC) by OCAC: 05-Aug-2026 (Wednesday) (1 1 :00 AM)
Document verification of the eligible applicants at Odisha State Higher Education Council[ (OSHEC) : Date will be notified tater in the SAMS portal
