Khandapada Block Chairman In Vigilance Net

BHUBANESWAR: The vigilance sleuths on Wednesday conducted raids at the office and residence of Khandapada block chairman on the allegation of possessing disproportionate assets.

The vigilance officials traced out Rs 8.27 crore movable and immovable properties during the raids.

They carried out searches at several places of block chairman Sisir Kumar Sahoo including the residential house at Patia, business depots at Patia, Bomikhal and Tamando, paternal house at Banamalipur in Nayagarh and block office premises at Khandapada.

During the search, three plot at Raghunathpur and Infocity-II in Bhubaneswar, three number of four storied building at Bajarang Vihar,  Infosys road Patia, construction of sheds/ business counter/ godown, the stock of marbles, timbers and plywoods in business depot were found.
