In his address, AIIMS Bhubaneswar Executive Director Dr. Ashutosh Biswas expressed profound respect for Vajpayee’s contributions, highlighting his instrumental role in the development of the institution.

Reflecting on the former Prime Minister’s legacy, Dr. Biswas emphasised the transformative impact of his vision on healthcare accessibility and quality.
