Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today visited Prayagraj on the occasion of Mahakumbh, and has taken a holy dip at Triveni Sangam.
Speaking to media persons on the occasion, CM Majhi said thatiIt is an extraordinary privilege and a deeply spiritual experience to witness the sacred Mahakumbh at Prayagraj. It’s a confluence of faith, tradition, and divinity.
He further said that the holy bath at the Triveni Sangam symbolizes purification of the soul, unity of humanity, and the eternal flow of wisdom and devotion.
Describing the event as a reflection of our cultural ethos, he said “As crores of devotees from across the nation and beyond gather here with immense faith, the atmosphere becomes a reflection of India’s rich cultural heritage and spiritual ethos. The spirit of devotion, discipline, and harmony seen during this grand congregation is truly inspiring.”
He extended his reverence to this sacred occasion and prayed for the well-being, peace, and prosperity of all.
Expressing his thanks to Prime Minister for enhancing the spirit of India, he said, “My hearty thanks and gratitude to our beloved Prime Minister for enhancing the tradinister Narendra Modiji for his exceptional outlook and valued vision to continuously heighten the spirit of India from the hamlets to the international level . It’s my heavenly pleasure to work under his active guidance and empowered advice.”
He also thanked UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for his committed excellence to make it a grand success with exemplary success.
CM Majhi spoke to UP Chief Minister over telephone and expressed his thanks for the wonderful arrangements at Mahakumbh.
The CM also thanked Satish Sharma, Minister for Food and civil supplies, Govt of Uttar Pradesh who received him at Prayagrag airport and remained with him throughout the visit in Prayagraj while he had a holy dip with puja and Aarti as per rituals at sangam confluence.
