Odisha CM directs to expedite Khurdha-Bolangir work


BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday directed to expedite the Khurdha-Bolangir railway line work.

Conducting a review meeting over the progress of the railway work, the Chief Minister directed to start work on the land provided by the state government.

He also expressed his satisfaction over the completion of rail line till Rajsunakhala.

The Chief Minister also asked to start work from Bolangir side for which land has been allotted and Rs eight crore has been provided to ECoR.

It was informed in the meeting that the construction work from Rajsunakhala to Bolgarh and Nayagarh is going on. While the construction work till Bolgarh would be completed by June 2016, the work till Nayagarh would be completed by 2017.
